trying to weed out the “fakers” will inevitably lead to you harassing real disabled people who can’t perform their disability well enough for you
Guess what?
Sometimes no matter how hard disabled people try, they can’t do some things. Just because you’ve seen other disabled people “overcome” their disability doesn’t mean you get to think other disabled people aren’t trying “hard enough” if they can’t.
Every disabled person is different. And honestly, disabled people shouldn’t have to hurt themselves in the process of “overcoming” their disability to be worthy in your eyes.
Disabled people are always worthy, regardless of what they can and can’t do.
